Family-run since 2011. Kent's biggest HGV school.
One-to-one Class 1, Class 2, C1 and PCV training for Dover, Deal and Whitfield learners at our Sittingbourne centre, up the A2 and M2, with your test at Gillingham.
HGV training for Dover and Deal
Dover is one of the busiest freight towns in the country, and the Port of Dover keeps Class 1 drivers in constant demand. Learn2Pass trains learners from Dover, Whitfield, Deal and Walmer one-to-one at our centre at Sittingbourne Logistics Park, about 33 miles up the A2 and M2, usually around 50 minutes. You learn in our own full-size DAF and Scania trucks, coaches and minibuses with a DVSA-approved instructor, and your practical test is at the Gillingham DVSA test centre. We are family-run and have trained Kent drivers since 2011.
From Dover, take the A2 to the M2 at Brenley Corner, leave at junction 5 and follow the A249 north to Swale Way. It is around 50 minutes from Dover and a little longer from Deal. Parking is free on site.
Training days usually start at 6am or 10am, with around four hours of one-to-one driving. The 10am start lets you miss the early traffic.
Licence course prices include VAT and both DVSA tests, with our Price Match Guarantee. You can spread the cost with Snap Finance, subject to status.
The Port of Dover, the White Cliffs Business Park at Whitfield and the Channel freight routes along the A2 and M20 all need drivers, especially with Class 1. After you pass, we introduce you to employers across Kent.
To drive for a living you also need Driver CPC Modules 2 and 4. We explain where they fit, and Module 4 can be done with us in a single half-day visit, training and test together.
One learner, one instructor, one truck. You learn on the routes around the Gillingham test centre, so test day is familiar ground.
We confirm the right licence for the work you want and your all-in price, then help you through the medical, provisional entitlement, theory tests and Driver CPC. Your one-to-one training runs over consecutive days at our Sittingbourne centre, with a 10am start if you would rather miss the traffic, finishing with your practical test at Gillingham.
