HGV Training Prices, all in

Our licence courses are priced all in, with VAT and your DVSA practical tests included. Car to Class 1 (C+E) is £2,826 for 28 hours of one-to-one training over eight days. Class 2 (C) is £1,764 for 18 hours over five days. The Class 1 upgrade, PCV and D1 are £1,829 each, and C1 is £875. Driver CPC Module 4 is £235 + VAT and an HGV refresher is £355 + VAT.

One-to-one training with a DVSA-approved instructor, our training vehicle for your lessons and your test, VAT, and the DVSA off-road exercises test and on-road driving test. Class 2 and Car to Class 1 also include the Driver CPC Module 4 test. We help you with your medical, provisional licence and theory tests too.

Your D4 medical and your theory tests, which you book with the DVSA. We tell you what each one costs before you book, so you can budget for the whole route.

Yes. Car to Class 1 is £2,826. Doing Class 2 first (£1,764) and then the Class 1 upgrade (£1,829) comes to £3,593, so going straight to Class 1 saves £767 and gets you there sooner. Class 2 first still makes sense if you want to start earning on rigid lorries sooner and spread the cost.

Yes. We work with Snap Finance, so you can spread the cost into monthly payments, subject to status. You can check your eligibility online in a few minutes, and checking does not commit you to booking.
